I DON'T JUST
ENTER MARKETS.

I BUILD THEM.

For more than 25 years, I've worked internationally opening markets, building distributor networks, developing strategic partnerships and turning relationships into commercial growth.

I've worked across more than 20 markets, navigating different cultures, languages and ways of doing business.

From identifying an opportunity and finding the right people, to negotiating agreements and developing a market over years… I've spent my career making things happen across borders.

25+ YEARS · 20+ MARKETS · 7 LANGUAGES · INTERNATIONAL GROWTH

A panoramic view of London's skyline featuring the historic Palace of Westminster with Big Ben clock tower, situated along the River Thames with boats and a riverbank walkway. Modern buildings extend into the cityscape under a cloudy sky.
People walking along a promenade outside a large, modern stadium with a blue and white exterior and a prominent Emirates Spinnaker Tower in the background.

International business isn't about collecting countries on a map. It's about finding opportunities, understanding markets and building relationships that last.

I've developed importer and distributor networks, opened new territories, managed strategic accounts and worked with partners across very different markets and cultures.

Sometimes that meant starting almost from scratch. Sometimes it meant taking an existing relationship and asking how much further it could go.

FROM CONVERSATION

TO COMMERCIAL GROWTH.

In one European market, I helped grow annual revenue from around £100K to more than £2.5M.

The numbers matter. But the way you get there matters too, finding the right people, earning trust, understanding what they need and creating a commercial reason to keep working together.

I've never believed international business is simply about products, price lists and contracts.

You have to understand the person sitting opposite you.

Different cultures communicate differently. They negotiate differently. They build trust differently. What works in London doesn't necessarily work in Brussels, Madrid, Milan or Tokyo.

Speaking seven languages helps. But the bigger advantage is being comfortable adapting: listening, reading the room, asking questions and finding common ground.

That's how I've built relationships that lasted years rather than transactions that lasted weeks.

25+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.

NOW I'M BUILDING SOMETHING NEW.

The industries have changed. The fundamentals haven't.

I still look for the same things I've always looked for.

Where's the opportunity?
Who needs what?
Who should be talking to whom?
What could exist that doesn't exist yet?

Today, I'm applying those instincts increasingly across sport, community and new ventures.

The sector can change.
The skill travels.

WHAT I DO BEST.

OPEN MARKETS.
Find the opportunity. Understand the territory. Get the right people around the table.

GROW BUSINESS.
Develop markets, strategic accounts, routes to market and new revenue opportunities.

BUILD PARTNERSHIPS.
Turn conversations into relationships and relationships into commercial opportunities.

CONNECT PEOPLE.
Spot who should be talking to whom then make the introduction happen.

BUILD SOMETHING NEW.
Take an idea, work out what it could become, bring people with me and get it moving.

I DON’T JUST GROW THINGS.
I HELP BUILD THEM.
